Sonia Dawkins has received numerous awards for her choreography and has been featured in Girl magazine, the Seattle Times, the Seattle Post Intelligencer, Metropolitan Living, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and the Jamaican Record. She has created three solo works that have won First Place at the prestigious Grand Prix Competitions.
